摘要: The symptomatic hypereosinophilic patient must be approached in a stepwise manner, with thorough assessment to determine whether the hypereosinophilia itself is contributing damage and disease manifestations (thereby defining syndrome), identify an eventual cause of hypereosinophilia, followed by initiation treatment directed against underlying condition or deleterious state. Situations encountered clinic are extremely heterogeneous because numerous potential causes variable spectrum eosinophil-mediated organ damage. A practical approach many these situations presented this review.
