摘要: This paper presents a new concept of coupler that can be applied to high-speed data transmission contactless measurements. The proposed approach is dedicated for differential signal monitoring in microstrip coupled lines on printed circuit boards (PCBs). coupler, produced separate PCB, overlayed the line with and delivers decoupled main measurement path. advantage this solution no connectors are required process, which results product cost reduction design simplification. complete methodology has been described. Theoretical considerations have confirmed by example prototype was fabricated measured. show may advantageous widely used interconnections realized cheap FR-4 PCBs.
