摘要: Abstract The pseudo-binary phase diagrams of the Cu 2 Se–CuGaSe and CuSe–CuGaSe systems have been investigated for growing single crystals CuGaSe with high quality. When Se is chosen as a solvent, crystal was grown from solution containing 55 mol% , while in case CuSe it 58 mol% . growth has attempted each by so-called Bridgman method. composition precipitated two solutions nearly stoichiometric (Cu : Ga : Se=1 : 1 : 2). In conclusion, large can be better solvent than solvent.
