摘要: By studying the photoluminescence emission and photovoltaic properties of blends polyphenylenevinylene (PPV)-based electron donating accepting polymers, authors observed a strict anticorrelation between relative exciplex in solid state efficiency corresponding blend devices. Comparative studies on defined bilayer geometries showed that overall shape current-voltage characteristics under illumination is independent device geometry layer thickness. Consequently, they conclude photocurrent PPV-based mainly determined by to form free carriers rather than carrier recombination.
