摘要: Application of optimal control theory to a boiling water nuclear reactor is the theme this paper. The nonlinear model direct cycle 159 MW (th) Big Rock Point derived on basis physicaL laws and empirical relations linearized around an operating point verified against experimental results. problem treated as regulator wherein given quadratic index performance includling sensitivity term minimized in average sense over set feedback gain matrices which ensure prescribed closed-loop eigenvalues. An efficient computational procedure based cost optimization using gradient type algorithm also reported. With new strategy proposed paper, stability characteristics system response can easily be manipulated.
