摘要: Pine wilt disease is a very complex known to be caused by the pine wood nematode, Bursaphelenchus xylophilus , and its accompanying bacteria. The phytotoxin-producing bacteria have been reported involved in development of disease. In this study, we attempted characterise phytotoxins produced Burkholderia arboris KRICT1, which was carried nematode. It phytotoxic compounds seedling assay, ethyl acetate (EtOAc) layer fermentation broth strain displayed activity on callus Pinus densiflora.
