摘要: It is generally agreed that the genome determines length of life span among different species and, to a degree, even within same species. The question remains as how regulates aging processes and their effects on longevity. One hypothesis acts in every cell body control span. Another primarily via homeostatic integrative mechanisms body, which means mainly neuroendocrine, immune, possibly cell-to-cell communicating systems. Of these, we consider neuroendocrine system be most important, since it regulates, greater or lesser practically function body. dysfunctions develop result genomic environmental causes, these are responsible for many decrements functions characteristic aging. Evidence will cited support this hypothesis.
