摘要: Abstract India's increasing growth in GDP, which rose from 3.7% annually 1961–7.9% 2015, has resulted a rising demand for energy that almost doubled between 2000 and 2015. This trend is expected to continue due urbanization, industrialization, expansion of domestic manufacturing, encouraged by the Make India initiative. A framework considers long-term road map security necessary transform country chronic power shortages one with reliable sources energy. Elements this include sustainable mix, stronger reliance on green like hydro, solar wind power, less dependency coal, strengthened cooperation trade neighbouring countries South Asia. paper discusses transboundary collaboration Bhutan benefits terms diversification overall security. By assessing reciprocal India, we attempt substantiate our claim India-Bhutan strongly based principle mutual extend Cooperation unique rather than model region mainly mistrust geopolitics.
