Otomycosis: A common problem in North Iraq

摘要: Otomycosis is a common disease in North Iraq. Of the 219 cases diagnosed clinically Mosul Teaching Hospital seen during 15 month period, 179 were due to fungus infection. The was more frequently encountered young adults whose age range from 16-30 years. incidence of significantly higher females (65.4 per cent), mainly housewives, than males. Aspergillus species dominant isolated fungi (92.1 cent).
