摘要: Three morphologically and biochemically distinct filament types may be recognised in the cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells: actin filaments (or microfilaments), microtubules 10nm (Fig. 1) Although these were many electron microscope studies last decade it is only relatively recently that their general coextensive invasion cytosol has become apparent. From studies, primarily on cultured cells, by immunofluorescence microscopy whole mount been shown each type forms a characteristic extensive network within cell. Under specific conditions membrane soluble cellular components removed (for example with detergents) leaving cell nucleus networks as sole remaining components. Since gross form maintained such preparations (Figs. 3 8), systems together have referred to “cytoskeleton”, reservation, however, individual roles played are not solely skeletal. In present report we shall attempt review briefly current status knowledge concerning distributions functions confining survey main cells. Included this discussion will possible mechanisms underlying locomotion changes cytoskeleton associated transformation. Finally, brief mention also made application microinjection methods probing different cytoskeleton.
