摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the intron 2 leptin gene polymorphism in wild, native and exotic goat breeds Iran using PCR-RFLP. Blood samples were collected from 14 wild domestic including (Cashmere Abadeh, Torki-Ghashghaei, Naeini, Robati, Nadoushani, Adani, Shahrbabaki, Birjandi, China goat, Sannen, Pakistani, Raeini cashmere, Najdi Wild goat) then genomic DNA extracted. A 422bp fragment amplified. PCR products digested by Sau3AI restriction enzyme separated visualized on agarose gel. Three genotypes MM, Mm mm with genotype frequency 94%, 1% 5%, respectively, observed studied populations. number alleles, effective Nei’s Index Shanon’s 2, 1.10, 0.09 0.19, respectively. populations not found be a Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Our investigation demonstrated that MM M allele had very high (0.94 0.95, respectively) Iranian goats. Hence, it can concluded finding provide basis for selection when considering evolution differentiation among breeds, however further studies should carried out larger population different verify final conclusions.
