摘要: Discussions on food aid and dependency often draw what appears to be a broad body of evidence, but closer inspection reveals that much this does not in fact demonstrate causal link between the two. This desk review has three objectives: (i) identify pathways through which negative might arise; (ii) outline how targeting management affect likelihood as result emergency operations or follow-on protracted relief recovery operations; (iii) suggest indicators assessment teams employ context-sensitive evaluations reduce risk fostering aid.
