摘要: Influence of L(+)-tartrate was studied on certain enzymes, protein bound carbohydrates and lipids in the renal tissues experimentally induced stone forming rats. The elevation kidney LDH moderate groups while tartrate had no effect. significant increases activities (Na+, K+)- (Ca2+)-ATPases calculogenic group lowered to that normal level with administration. Acid phosphatase activity significantly treated groups. reduction phospholipids sialic acid levels during formation are suggestive minor alterations cellular structure. changes transport ATPases is likely affect mechanism nutrients ions.
