摘要: This study investigated the effect of nitrogen (N) and phosphorous (P) stress on production DHA or EPA total fatty acids (TFAs) in marine microalga Tisochrysis lutea freshwater Monodus subterraneus. Five N P starvation/limitation conditions (N sufficient limited, starved, starved sufficient, starved) one condition (control) were studied. The results demonstrated that proportion among TFAs microalgae suspensions decreased (57%, 73% for 18%, 51% stress, respectively) under both compared with group. Differently, dry weight content T. significantly, M. subterraneus slightly conditions. Clear differences TFA content/production relationship between production/content CO2 fixation observed two microalgae. These give a new sight difference Meanwhile, it gave potential application to produce combining by these
