摘要: Operations management (OM) theory suggests that professional services have some distinct operational challenges. There is an emerging consensus are changing, due to the socio-economic and political climates in which they operate. In order investigate these issues a systematic literature review was undertaken. This paper makes contribution by exploring OM encompassing two decades of publications terms value, relation effectiveness within ‘professions’. The analysis sample potential methodological mismatch between core theoretical frameworks, features efficiency across professions. through reflection on theories area Professional Services Management.
