摘要: Burkitt's lymphoma (BURK), diffuse large B-cell (DLBCL) and mantle cell (MCL) are three main types of lymphomas. This study aimed to compare the differences affected biological functions pathways, as well explore possible regulatory mechanisms potential therapeutic targets in BURK, DLBCL MCL. We performed an integrated analysis 10 datasets including 352 BURK patients, 880 216 MCL 33 controls. Our results showed that signaling amino acid metabolism several lipid pathways varies considerably among these lymphoma. Furthermore, we identified key transcription factors (TFs) their target genes may promote diseases by influencing multiple carcinogenic pathways. Among TFs, reported first E2F8 displayed most significant effects demonstrate over-expression activates cycle, mitosis, immune other cancer related Therefore, suggest could be used a biomarker for These findings would helpful pathogenesis, drug discovery also prognosis B
