摘要: The role of divalent metals in the degradation physico-mechanical properties radiation-vulcanized natural rubber latex (RVNRL) films was investigated. RVNRL were prepared by addition (Cu, Mg, etc.) different concentrations (0–30ppm) to and irradiated with various radiation doses (0–20kGy). optimized (12kGy), adverse effect metal ions studied against a reference film no ions. Tensile strength, tear cross-linking density decreased increasing ion decreasing doses. mechanical reduced 10–15% for 30ppm at optimum dose. In contrast, elongation break, permanent set, swelling ratio increased same conditions. relative can be explained classical electron concept, reported this article.
