Sulfamic Acid as a Cost‐Effective and Recyclable Catalyst for β‐Amino Carbonyl Compounds Synthesis

摘要: Sulfamic acid was used as a catalyst in the synthesis of β-amino carbonyl compounds from amines, acetophenone and aldehyde. The reaction carried out at room temperature. High selectivity, mild temperature, cost-effective catalyst, simple product separation recycle were notable achievements reaction. Another feature that could be performed on relatively larger scale to model (50 times), which also gave good yields. In particular, first preparation β, β'-diamino diketone derivatives via direct coupling isophthalic aldehyde promoted by sulfamic has been developed.
