摘要: The highest accessible formal oxidation states along the periodic table have been reviewed. main focus is on fluorides because this ligand allows facile assignment of state. Both experimentally known compounds and quantum-chemical predictions considered. Questionable species in their which reported past are also discussed. trends main-group, transition-metal, lanthanides, actinides series reasons for these observations provided. Beyond this, oxidizing strength some has compared, identifying strongest agents known.
