摘要: Precise control of grip force and finger movement is a fundamental aspect motor tasks in which an object held manipulated between the subject's fingers. A new device to measure performance simultaneously records described. The subject holds small, compressible cylinder thumb index finger. load opposing movements controlled pneumatically may be altered with computer software. Different types loads (e.g., constant load, spring load) applied. In addition, reactions perturbing stimuli fast changes measured. Construction principles examples investigating different aspects hand function are presented paper.
