摘要: Because the results of studies agreement between parent and child reports psychopathology have been mixed, best estimate a valid case has unclear. Investigators used different strategies to define case. To explore this problem, authors done controlled study relationships versions Diagnostic Interview for Children (DICA/DICA-P), interview (DICA) Personality Inventory (PIC), which is parental psychometric assessment children's behavioral personality characteristics. The data presented in paper suggest that there reasonable accuracy differentiating pathological from normal children, also as diagnostic specificity increases, parent-child concordances markedly decrease so definition becomes more ambiguous.
