摘要: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common causes cancer-related death worldwide. Emerging evidence has shown that lipid metabolism plays important roles in occurrence and progression CRC. The identification potential biomarkers for CRC critical precise diagnosis treatment. Therefore, aim this study to explore markers relation progression. plasma patients with stage I/II (n = 20) III/IV was collected. Lipidomic screening performed by ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. After multivariate data analysis, including orthogonal partial least squares discriminant determination fold change, Mann–Whitney U test, eight species with altered levels p < 0.05 change greater than 2 were selected as biomarkers. Compared early-stage CRC, advanced-stage showed significantly higher cholesteryl ester (20:4) some triglycerides a saturated fatty acid chain lower level hydroxy 27:1 (9:0-18:1) plasma. Furthermore, receiver operating characteristic these yielded sensitivity 85% specificity 80% separation from patients. In all, first report showing triglycerides, major contents droplets, increase compared These indicate droplets may be target organelles
