摘要: Abstract An alternative model, based on polar interactions within the matrix, was previously proposed to explain thermal degradation and stabilisation of poly(vinyl chloride). Some published observations stability behaviour a whole range ethylene-vinyl chloride copolymers, obtained by partial reductive dechlorination PVC with tri- n -butyltin hydride ( -Bu 3 SnH), have recently been discussed in light this model. A separate study characteristics copolymers appears further substantiate explanations that put forward for copolymers. This forms basis discussion paper.
