摘要: Abstract Breakers are a small portion of the total fracture fluids, but could be very critical in determining treatment effectiveness. Wrong selection breaker may result extended cleanup weeks or months. An optimized and design schedules help maximize conductivity by cleaning up proppant pack after treatment. However, still remains as challenge. We conducted an extensive complete investigation breakers through systematic review relevant publications this area. first presented major types their own breaking mechanisms, then built guidelines flow chart for based on formation temperature, pressure, PH, salinity, mineral compositions. developed step-by-step procedure optimizing finally demonstrated with field case studies two tight gas wells Louisiana. The new knowledge helps one optimize improve treatments wells.
