摘要: Heterotrimeric GTP-binding protein (G-protein)-coupled receptors are able to induce a variety of responses including cell proliferation, differentiation, and activation several intracellular kinase cascades. Prominent among these kinases the mitogen-activated (MAP) kinase, extracellular signal-regulated (ERKs), ERK1 ERK2 (p44mapk p42mapk, respectively); stress-activated (SAPKs/JNKs); p38 kinase. These signal through G-proteins. Recent data have shown that protein/ERK induced by G-protein-coupled is mediated both Galpha Gbetagamma subunits involving common signaling pathway with receptor-tyrosine-kinases. Gbetagamma-mediated phosphoinositide 3-kinase, followed tyrosine phosphorylation event, proceeds in sequence events involve functional association adaptor proteins Shc, Grb2, Sos. SAPKs/JNKs be activated Rho family RhoA, Rac1, Cdc42.
