摘要: The origin and function of macrophages have generally been studied in what are called free — i.e., peritoneal or alveolar obtained mainly from mice but also rabbits because suspensions these cells not difficult to prepare. In recent years, however, new methods become available by which the fixed occurring tissues organs can be use of, for instance, enzymatic digestion.
