摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are an abundant class of small non-protein-coding single-stranded RNAs that generated from endogenous hair-pin-shaped transcripts. These gene regulators function by binding the 3′ untranslated regions specific target mRNA and result in inactivation repression translation or induction mRNA. Changes miRNA profiles linked to different states can be used as markers for diagnosis change(s) corresponding state(s). Thus, many technological tools have been devised detect changes profiles. In current study, we overview application nanomaterials a platform optical electrochemical detection microRNA discuss recent progress field.
