摘要: The clinical, laboratory, and radiographic findings in seven patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) cryptococcal pulmonary infections were reviewed. infection was most commonly seen on radiographs as lymphadenopathy, interstitial infiltrates, or both. Interstitial infiltrates nodular. Large nodules alveolar the common at presentation both immunocompetent immunocompromised without AIDS, not present our series. Isolated pleural effusion only finding one case. Meningitis six of cases neurologically silent five cases. Cryptococcal pneumonia AIDS should prompt a search for meningitis.
