摘要: Hypoxemia and alveolar hyperventilation were common findings in acute myocardial infarction; they most severe patients with left ventricular failure or shock. Hyperventilation did not appear to be due hypoxemia was abolished by administration of oxygen. Oxygen increase tissue oxygen transport arterial saturations 90 per cent greater because reductions cardiac output excess increases content. Peripheral vascular resistance increased, heart rate, blood pressure minute work unchanged. In less than cent, increased output, content transport; it had a variable effect on peripheral resistance.
