Neglected Tropical Diseases in the Post-Genomic Era

摘要: Neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) are a group of viral, bacterial, and eukaryotic parasitic that especially endemic in low-income populations, with large health economic impact on both the developing developed world. The structure dynamics genomes organisms causing these diseases, as well modes expression, exchange, transmission their genetic information, often deviate from those found classical, model organism-centric textbooks.
