摘要: Abstract Two soil types, loamy sand and sandy soils, were treated with atrazine, pyrethrin a mixture of metobromuron metolachor for eight weeks in the laboratory to determine effect chemicals on microbial populations their mineralization activities. The experiment was also aimed at evaluating changes that occurred nutrient levels as result pesticide treatments. Significant reductions after an initial rise, well percentage carbon, nitrogen, potassium pH recorded two types. Eight bacterial isolates, actinomycetes five fungal species identified control soil. Marked numbers soils compared control. Compared similar organisms isolated from Pseudomonas, Achromobacter, Bacillus spp., Aspergillus niger Streptomyces sp. released less phosphorus when inoculated into broth containing ‘Sokoto’ rock phosphate complex only source P nutrition.
