摘要: Abstract In this paper, we propose a new unit commitment model that captures the sub-hourly variability of wind power. Scenarios are included in stochastic formulation to represent uncertainty and intermittency power output. A modified Benders decomposition method is used improve convergence algorithm. The numerical results show proposed based on finer granularity outperforms conventional hourly resolution.
