摘要: This paper proposes an improved high throughput microbial method for the simultaneous performance of first and second level screening antibacterial residues in meat. It is based on growth inhibition B. subtilis agar medium pH 6, 7.2 8, cereus 5.9, M. luteus 8 E. coli (research or screening) use confirmatory solutions (Pase, Paba, MgSO4) identification screening. In kidney control samples, dialysis membranes were interposed between samples surface to both prevent action lysozyme reduce false positive results. The proposed detects beta-lactams, sulfonamides, tetracyclines, aminoglycosides, macrolides quinolones at MRL concentrations reliably indicates inhibitor family. Results are obtained 18-24 h.
