Detection of Phomopsis vaccinii on Blueberry and Cranberry in Europe by Direct Tissue Blot Immunoassay and Plate‐Trapped Antigen ELISA

摘要: Upright dieback, caused by Phomopsis vaccinii Shear (teleomorph Diaporthe Shear), is an economically important disease that could threaten blueberry and cranberry production. Diagnosis of the traditional phytopathological methods difficult. We report successful detection P. direct tissue blot immunoassay (DTBIA) plate-trapped antigen enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (PTA-ELISA). The infected samples obtained from Lithuania are findings reported on fungus in Europe.
