摘要: A case of a 53-year-old man who presented with epigastric pain and weight loss is described. Endoscopy showed smooth antral mass what appeared to be central overlying ulcer. Computerized tomography upper gastrointestinal series confirmed the presence gastric mass. Laparotomy local resection duplication comprised two cysts, one communication stomach lumen. Gastric rare entity, especially in adult. Though generally benign, ulceration or fistula formation can cause symptoms may suggest more malignant process that warrants investigation.
