摘要: The central projections of the rat superior sagittal sinus (SSS) sensory innervation were studied by transganglionic tract tracing techniques. Cholera toxin subunit b (CTb) or wheat germ agglutinin-horseradish peroxidase conjugate (WGA-HRP) was applied on overlying dura SSS and labeled terminations in brainstem cervical spinal cord examined under light microscope. Labeled cell bodies seen bilaterally trigeminal ganglia C2 dorsal root following both CTb WGA-HRP applications. In brainstem, mainly found caudal interpolar parts nucleus. cases, also dorsolateral part cuneate cord, primarily located most ventrolateral C1-C3 horns sides. laminae I II, whereas CTb-labeled III IV. These results indicate that information from is transmitted through nerve branches to a primary nervous center extends C3 horn until
