摘要: The glucuronyl C5 epimerase (HSepi) is one of the modification enzymes involved in biosynthesis heparan sulfate (HS) and heparin, catalyzing epimerization D-glucuronic acid (GlcA) to L-iduronic (IdoA) at polymer level.
