摘要: Temperature-induced phase separation (TIPS) technique was applied to create cyclodextrin (CD) immobilized 2-hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) gel sheets. A heterogeneous polymer network could be fixed when the reaction temperature stepwise increased above a lower critical solution (LCST) of HPC at approximately 40°C during cross-linking reaction. Dynamics formation characterized by measuring viscosity change pre-gel with or without TIPS process. increase is responsible for drastic which translated as acceleration rates. The α-CD hydroxypropyl-β-CD (HP-β-CD) onto TIPS-generated effectively decreased production red pigment prodigiosin that one second metabolites through cell-population-density dependent quorum sensing (QS) system in Serratia marcescens AS-1. Since virulence expression some opportunistic pathogens regulated diffusible acylhomoserine lactone (AHL) mediated QS system, trapping AHLs host matrices make CD-immobilized gels interrupt hierarchical from outside cells. AHL-mediated drastically 10% using CD-AHL inclusion complex process HPC/α-CD synthesis optimized condition separation.
