摘要: Various optical fibers have been used efficiently for femtosecond pulse compression purposes including different photonic crystal with varying core diameters. The phenomenon of chirp conversion is reviewed in these and its effect applications analyzed. Measurements large-mode-area show that the input group delay dispersion considerably reduced by fiber nonlinearities, about a factor ten. mechanism reduction understood an interplay self-phase modulation initial within fiber. In practice, observed here allows compressing spectrally broadened intense pulses ultra-broadband dispersive multilayer mirrors quite moderate dispersion.
