摘要: The present invention provides low molecular weight fluorescent labeling complexes with large wavelength shifts between absorption of one dye in the complex and emission from another complex. These can be used, for example, multiparameter fluorescence cell analysis using a single excitation wavelength. permits materials labeled to penetrate structures use as probes. are synthesized by covalently attaching through linkers at least cyanine fluorochrome form energy donor-acceptor complexes. Resonance transfer an excited donor acceptor up 300 nm. preferably contain reactive groups functional on target compounds, such derivatized oxy deoxy polynucleic acids, antibodies, enzymes, proteins other materials. may also permitting covalent reaction containing groups.
