Control design and dynamic performance analysis of a wind turbine-induction generator unit

摘要: This paper presents the modeling and control design for a wind energy conversion scheme using induction generators. The consists of three-phase generator driven by horizontal axis turbine interfaced to utility through double overhead transmission line. A static VAr compensator was connected at terminals regulate its voltage. mechanical power input controlled blade pitch-angle. Both state output feedback controllers are designed MATLAB software output. From simulation results, response closed loop system exhibited good damping fast recovery under different type large disturbances.
