摘要: In this paper we consider the low-complexity detection in hybrid direct-sequence time-hopping ultrawide bandwidth (DS-TH UWB) systems. A reduced-rank adaptive LBER detector is proposed, which operated least bit error-rate (LBER) principles within a subspace obtained with aid of principal component analysis (PCA)- assisted technique. Our free from channel estimation and does not require knowledge about number resolvable multipaths as well that multipaths' strength. (BER) performance DS-TH UWB system investigated, when communicating over channels modelled by Saleh-Valenzuela (S-V) model. study simulation results show constitutes feasible scheme for deployment practical pulse-based
