摘要: The necessity to seamlessly integrate emerging smart grid (SG) technologies the electric distribution system has encouraged development of demand-side management (DSM) and Demand Response (DR) programs. In particular, DR aggregators will play an important role in new operational paradigm SG. To propose a three-phase optimal dispatch model for multiple aggregators. can consider several service providers by means explicit inclusion their characteristics, form cost functions capacity, support at level. Hence, this proposal helps eliminate any possible uncertainty about provision services improving traditional hierarchical scheme adopted based on prices issued independent operator. By unbalanced modeling, involvement single- consumers is considered avoiding aggravating asymmetric balancing between phases, as opposed positive-sequence approaches. implemented solved combining two state-of-the-art computational tools, Matlab® OpenDSS. former used solve optimization problem, whereas latter perform numerical simulations power flow; both tools allow straightforward implementation resulting tool easily modified updated. effectiveness proposed approach numerically demonstrated using IEEE 13- 123-node test feeders, which undesirable operating scenarios are corrected resources very short times. Based results, it shown how ISO capable request considering competing Finally, loss reduction been included objective function, showing that optimally dispatches conveniently minimize ISO’s costs.
