摘要: The ‘Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1), Human Protein Interaction Database’, available through the National Library of Medicine at www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/RefSeq/HIVInteractions, was created to catalog all interactions between HIV-1 and human proteins published in peer-reviewed literature. database serves scientific community exploring discovery novel HIV vaccine candidates therapeutic targets. To facilitate this approach, following information for each protein interaction is provided can be retrieved without restriction by web-based downloads ftp protocols: Reference Sequence (RefSeq) accession numbers, Entrez Gene identification brief descriptions interactions, searchable keywords PubMed numbers (PMIDs) journal articles describing interactions. Currently, 2589 unique 5135 with a total 14 312 PMID references original reporting are stored growing database. In addition, protein–protein documented integrated into records listed ‘HIV-1 interactions’ section reports. also tightly linked other databases Gene, enabling users search an abundance related pathogenesis replication.
