摘要: Mediators play a key role in the development of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, and failure vital organs. In this short review, we update our knowledge on these mediator networks. First, summarize stimuli that occur during severe trauma (intraoperative stress), including polymorphonuclear neutrophil-derived tissue-damaging substances, complement activation products, adherence molecules such as selectins. The gut shock is discussed an important intermediate step transition from noninfectious to infectious SIRS. Second, describe mediators, cytokines, nitric oxide, phospholipase A2, platelet-activating factor, procoagulatory are released sepsis. release mediators depends primarily severity trauma, shock, or sepsis secondarily various cascades posttraumatic/postoperative complications. thus decisive importance regarding intensity damage outcome.
