摘要: Abstract The initial stage of gold oxidation at the quartz crystal electrode in a near neutral solution was studied by using potentiostatic and potentiodynamic sweep methods. underpotential deposition OH radicals first nucleation formation phase oxide Au 2 O 3 . composition determined X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS). Three-dimensional (3D) progressive occurred under diffusion control. electronic structure compact α-oxide film charge distribution layer/electrolyte interface were examined photopotential capacitance measurements. Anodically formed on highly-doped defect semiconductor n-type conductivity.
