摘要: Background: Worldwide, horses play critical roles in recreation, food production, transportation, and as working animals. Horses' differ by geographical region the socioeconomic status of people, but despite modern advances which have some ways altered humans contact with horses, potential risks for equine zoonotic pathogen transmission to occur globally. While previous reports focused upon individual or groups pathogens, our knowledge, a systematic review zoonoses has never been performed. Methods: Using PRISMA's guidelines, we searched English literature identified 233 found horses. We studied summarized their findings goal identifying risk factors that favor disease from humans. Results: These 56 pathogens Of articles, 13 involved direct (5.6%).The main routes included oral, inhalation, cutaneous exposures. Pathogens most often manifest through systemic, gastrointestinal, dermatological signs symptoms. Furthermore, 16.1% were classified emerging infectious diseases thus may be less known both human medical community. Sometimes, these infections severe leading death. Conclusions: case directly remain low, there is high underreporting due lack knowledge among health professionals. Awareness presentation humans, associated cross-species infection are important public officials, clinicians, people recreational occupational equid exposure.
