摘要: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between quality management (QM) and performance, specifically how infrastructure core QM practices affect business in Indian manufacturing organizations. Design/methodology/approach In study, empirical data were drawn from 262 organizations India. The research model was tested using structural equation modeling technique. Findings The findings study revealed that have a positive effect on indirectly whereas, performance. Also, performance has performance. Research limitations/implications This considered two dimensions (infrastructure practices), further contributes understanding different roles played by diverse determining terms increased return investment, shareholder stakeholder value.
