摘要: In case of extracapsular hip fractures, whatever the anatomic type, internal fixation is currently standard approach. Hip conical modular implants are an excellent alternative to osteosynthesis in old patients with unstable trochanteric rheumatoid arthritis or end-stage osteoarthritis substantial symptoms before fracture, like rescue procedure failure osteosynthesis.
