摘要: The voltammetry of NADH has been characterized at carbon-fiber microelectrodes scan rates up to 100 V/s. Electrochemical pretreatment the electrode dramatically changed properties modified electrode. Anodic surface resulted in an adsorptive wave for oxidation, while less adsorption was evident under more moderate conditions. pH buffer used anodization played a critical role determining voltammetric peak shape. Oxidation slow (< 10 V/s) fouled In contrast, consistent and reproducible observed faster (100 V/s). This measurement monitor generated during oxidative deamination glutamate catalyzed by dehydrogenase. A 150-microns-l.d. microdialysis fiber entrap enzyme near microelectrode tip, forming dehydrogenase-modified microelectrode.
